This company is Bankrupt. Haydn Hammond and Concept Events in 2011 for invoices dating back to 2010. We Have obtained Legal Warrants of Execution as ordered by the Court and even at this time Bailiffs have on numerous occasions this year, attended the residence of Haydn Hammond seeking the ordered and outstanding payment from Him and his company Concept Events.
Indeed; On numerous occasions the Bailiffs have attended Hayden Hammond’s home while his company has refused to give a trading address for the Bailiff to attend.
We recommend entertainers and others Boycott this agency as deviant and not fit for purpose. Be warned as it is strongly advised as even if you fulfil their contract they may not pay you. Our 2010 legal court order is still unpaid to the Court Bailiff seeking satisfaction.
Having been forced this year to legally prepare it is our intention to initiate the commencement of Bankruptcy proceedings against both of the aforementioned Haydn Hammond and his company Concept Events.
Christmas bookings and any intended or impending contracts are now invalid by this action and the intended Bankruptcy Judgement order. Thereafter when Bankrupt, Concept Events including internal partners and Haydn Hammond as a whole will no longer lawfully fulfil any contracts what so ever issued from that time.
Requests for settlement of the outstanding debt amounting to £2,279.89 have not been Paid and as a result after many requests a Court Judgement was sought and granted against Haydn Hammond and his company as certified by the enclosed Warrants of Execution currently seeking satisfaction by the Court Bailiff.
Notice is now given that Bankruptcy proceedings will; when granted for out standing debt enforce Haydn Hammond / Concept Events to cease legal trading. The ability thereafter for Haydn Hammond and or Concept Events to supply any pre booked entertainment for any event will be void of all legal validity. Concept Events and or Haydn Hammond thereafter will be breaking the law and any trade carried out after the order will be illicit, Illegal and warrant imprisonment.
Venues, and entertainers are forewarned of this action and the execution of the Judgement Court Orders herein.
It is with regret that we have initiated these proceedings as we are here to entertain and always provide brilliant entertainment. However we have provided and paid for services that have been commended by the vendor. Haydn Hammond while being Concept Events has been paid for our services and has also taken other equipment all of which remain unpaid.
Our 1st class service for that provided has been up held by the Court.
